In Wyse Park there was Urban Dance, the launch of a Graffiti Wall with some fine and impressive colourful and exciting designs. This ephemera is new and will give sprayers an official outlet for their ambitions.
UNTZ provided sound and I met Clare Scott who helped bring the spray artists into the fold with the help of Waterford City Council, Anthony Mackey and Tom Casey. The city has some exciting street art so go and see it and photograph it before it changes.
I also spoke with Sam Rothwell who expressed the urban art hopes of Taggers like Conco, Dalton, Ryan, Brian and Sam D.
