A PUBLIC consultation will be held this week on the River Suir Sustainable Transport Bridge.
Waterford City & County Council are inviting submissions and observations regarding the proposed new bridge which will cross the River Suir and provide a link between the North Quays and South Quays.A public consultation event will take place in the Granary Building on Hanover Street this Wednesday July 18th from 4pm to 8pm at which further information will be available.Staff from Waterford City & County Council and Roughan & O’Donovan Consulting Engineers project design team will be on hand to answer queries and provide details of the project.
Councillors were briefed on the proposed bridge prior to the commencement of the July plenary meeting last Thursday in Dungarvan.They were shown images of the proposed new bridge and a number of comments and observations were made by local Councillors.
