Though the weather hindered the attendance somewhat, a large number of hardy annuals still braved the icy roads around Kill village last Sunday for the local GAA club’s fundraising Christmas Long Puck competition. An ‘Apres Puck’ took place in Dunphy’s Bar where the seasonal hot toddies were served up before players took to the 2.75-mile course, set on their way by MC Michael Casey.
