Visiting Waterford on Wednesday, Brent Sanders said the American company’s ongoing commitment to the city had been underlined by its $100 million investment in the plant which had recently reached its halfway mark.
“I view our Waterford facility and our 1100 colleagues here as one of our most strategic and prized assets,” he told reporters. “We’re very happy to be making this investment in Waterford because we know we have a very high-quality workforce; we have a group of people who are dedicated to innovation, to their jobs, to this company but also to our mission of helping people see better.”
