Waterford city businessman Eddie Mulligan has described Waterford city’s ongoing economic situation as “a crisis”, and has joined a chorus of local business figures which had called for Waterfordians to ‘do it for themselves’.
Addressing to retailers of the new Waterford City Centre Business Group (WCCBG), Mr Mulligan told The Munster Express said that the city “undoubtedly” possesses the potential to become “the economic hub of the south east”.
