Falcon Real Estate Development Ireland Limited have applied for permission for the development of lands at site known as Waterford North Quays, Dock Road, Ferrybank, Waterford.
This application, the details of which were published in last week’s edition, relates to development in Waterford North Quays Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) and is subject to the Waterford North Quays SDZ Planning Scheme 2018.

A 10-year permission is sought. The proposed development will comprise a mixed-use development totalling 129,302sqm gross floor area (GFA).
An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with this application.
The planning application, EIAR and NIS may be inspected, or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority (Menapia Building, The Mall, Waterford), during its public opening hours (9.30 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm). A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of the prescribed fee (€20) within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application.
