The team behind Portlaw Musical Society’s annual pantomime are busily applying the final touches to ‘Cinderella’, their 31st such production, which runs from Wednesday January 26th to Sunday, January 30th.
Produced by Paul Corcoran, who commandeered the Tramore Pantomime between 2001 and 2007 and also appeared in ‘Sleeping Beauty’ at the Theatre Royal last December, the usual board treading high jinks are guaranteed in ‘The Village’.
A decade after his Portlaw debut, the panto’s musical arrangement is once again provided by Musical Director Steve Bailey in what’s his sixth successive involvement in the show.
He is joined once more by Jarlath McKenna on drums and Alan Coonagh on saxophone while guitarist Paul Kelly is enjoying his first Portlaw pantomime experience.
