Over the years we have run some tongue-in-cheek stories about ghosts haunting the Quay of Waterford but, in Kilkenny, they take the matter very seriously and a group of enthusiasts claims to have established that ghosts do exist and that there are several of them residing in the city’s Kyteler’s Inn which is situated in Kieran Street.
