For the third time in four National Hurling League games, Waterford produced a superb finish to turn what looked like being a negative result with time almost up to a positive one.
And what a positive, a first victory over Tipperary since the 2008 All-Ireland semi-final and a victory which leaves Waterford top of Division 1A ahead of next weekend’s final round games.
