The Red Kettle Theatre Company, one of the greatest and proudest success stories in Waterford over the last 27 years, is in danger of being relegated to the artistic backwater following moves by the Arts Council that many people consider to be grossly unfair.
Only a few short years ago, Red Kettle was ranked at the top of the national theatrical tree spoken of in the same breath as The Abbey, Gate and Druid. Now it is fighting for its life.
