Irish Times Editor and Tramore native Kevin O’Sullivan has praised the role played by regional newspapers, and has encouraged the general public in Waterford to continue to buy such titles, including The Munster Express.
“My most important message to you is that strong independent newspapers, with their approach to reportage and newsgathering, retain an essential value within healthy societies,” said Mr O’Sullivan.
