The first thing that strikes you when meeting with Susan Toomey is her incredible zest for life. The 28-year-old Tramore native, a lifelong lover of sport and always keen to set herself new goals and challenges, recently dipped her toes into entrepreneurial waters.
Since May 30th, Susan has been her own boss at the Glow Health and Fitness Centre for Women, and it’s a decision she’s clearly thrilled to have made.
“There was a gym in the Riverstown Business Park in Tramore but it closed down about six months ago and I felt that it could work if a proper structure was put in place,” she said.
