Dungarvan Colleges claimed a first ever All-Ireland Senior ‘A’ Colleges Hurling Championship at Semple Stadium on Saturday afternoon last with a hard fought victory over Kilkenny CBS.
This win could signal a new golden era for Waterford hurling and there’s no doubt that on the day and over the course of both the Munster and All-Ireland Championships they deserved this double success.
