Another glorious chapter in the history of De La Salle was written on Wednesday last in Balbriggan when the Waterford college were crowned FAIS All Ireland under 17 champions.
The game was played at the home ground of Leinster Senior League club Glebe North. Having been crowned Munster champions by defeating Sexton Street, Limerick in the decider and then beating Presentation, Bray in the All Ireland semi final confidence was high within the squad going into the last weeks’ final and the talented DLS outfit certainly lived up to their reputation.
