Johnville have become masters at avoiding relegation and they guaranteed themselves at least a play-off with this draw on Sunday. Things looked bad for them when Gavin Crotty put the Old Borough side in front after 54 minutes. However 2 minutes later the Dungarvan goalkeeper Alan Landers dropped a corner kick taken by Anthony Flynn and the ball fell over the goal-line. It could be the stroke of luck that keeps them in the top grade. The other game played on Sunday resulted in a home victory for Villa over Tramore. Paul Omotoso scored the only goal of the game early in the second half.
