Groups of teenage boys have decided that terrorising motorists on the city’s already treacherous roads is a fun way of putting down their time during this unprecedented cold snap.
Waterford Gardaí have been inundated with calls from upset and angry motorists who have been subjected to a pummelling of their vehicles from snowball throwing youths.
Some of the perpetrators clearly see little odd or disturbing about throwing stones embedded in snow at cars ferrying old age pensioners and babies to and from their homes.
