Congratulations to the Waterford William Vincent Wallace Appreciation Society on the fact that Wallace’s ‘Lurline’, recorded in Manchester last year, has been voted CD of the Year in the latest edition of the prestigious international classical music magazine, ‘The Gramaphone’.
Incidentally, the eagerly awaited DVD, ‘In Happy Moments Day by Day – Documentaries on Waterford – Vol 2’ is now available and crammed with all things Waterford.
