Ballyduff Upper 5-18; An Rinn 0-10
As expected, Ballyduff Upper recorded a comprehensive win over An Rinn at the Cappoquin venue on Saturday evening last in the fourth series of games in the league stages of the County Senior Hurling Championship.
From the off An Rinn were always playing catch-up as Brendan Hannon had the 2007 champions in front after just 12 seconds. However, remarkably another 10 minutes elapsed before a second score was put on the board as both sides took time to shake off the cobwebs after a long lay-off for inter-county activity.
