The post-Ken McGrath era for the Waterford hurlers begins on Sunday (2.30) when they make the short trip up the M9 to take on near neighbours and arch rivals Kilkenny in Nowlan Park.
Results to date in the league mean that it is all to play for as a win by either side would leave them with a good chance of earning a place in the final. This is a far cry from 2010 when both counties were already eliminated by the time they met, meaning that there was a small crowd present and very little interest in the outcome.
