Former Waterford Crystal workers have called for a speedy conclusion to the pensions saga which has caused years of misery and hardship to 1,500 local families.
Following a landmark ruling by the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg last week that the retirees had been denied pension protection by the State, the Waterford Crystal case is to revert to the High Court in Dublin to determine how much the workers should be paid in pensions.
