The footballers from De La Salle College in Waterford County won the County Post-Primary Schools Under-14A Football Cup, overcoming the best of the west, Dungarvan CBS, in the Final at Fraher Field. Both schools have been on the rise in hurling in recent years, but Gaelic is clearly still extremely strong.
