Edward Spellman, Managing Director of Dunhill Cuisine. Based in Dunhill Ecopark, since 2004 the company has grown to be one of Ireland’s leading producers of fresh, innovative, nutritious ready-made meals to the retail and catering sectors.
Another year of progress on all fronts was recorded at Dunhill Ecopark during 2010 according to of Senan Cooke, the Secretary of Dunhill-Fenor-Boatstrand-Annestown Community Enterprises Ltd (DFBA).
In his 2010 report, Mr Cooke reflected on “a year of many positives” at the Ecopark, where 28 businesses employ 108 people.
“In my opinion a commitment to self-reliance is developing in this community,” he said.
“The willingness of a substantial number of committed and talented volunteers with relevant expertise and experience and a wide network to call on for support has led to significant progress.
