The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) said this week it had become aware that it was the intention of management at the Whitfield Clinic Medical Centre in Waterford to adversely alter the terms and conditions of staff.
A spokesperson for the INMO told The Munster Express proposals had issued to all staff at the clinic on the Cork Road requesting their agreement to accept pay cuts and a range of other measures that would see their current terms and conditions of employment eroded.
