Asking prices for properties across the south east region fell by just over 16 per cent during 2010, according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report. Indeed, this level of decline was just ahead of the national dip which came in at 14 per cent.
Asking prices in Waterford city and county fell by 12.2 per cent and 16 per cent respectively last year, with the smallest level of decline recorded in County Tipperary (-10.8 per cent).
County Kilkenny took the biggest hit, down 22 per cent, while asking prices in Counties Wexford and Carlow dropped by 22 per cent and 15.1 per cent respectively.
