On stage with a local band in South Africa.
David Delaney had his first taste of a live audience when he joined his dad Ben and his band Drops of Brandy on stage as a child to belt out The Lonesome Boatman on the tin whistle. These days, when’s not teaching music and art to Johannesburg teenagers, he’s collaborating with South African musicians and theatrical productions. We caught up with David during his recent visit home.
