Brass & Co was formed by two ex-members of the Royal Showband, Michael Coppinger and Eddie Sullivan, along with Tony Comerford, in 1981. Tony is still the current drummer in the band and one of two remaining original band members. Alan Duggan has been playing trombone, whistle/recorders and singing with the band since 1991, while trumpet player and vocalist Mitch Cuss has been with the band 8 years. The three shared their lasting memories of one of Waterford’s greatest musical institutions.
