Parking in a disabled parking space without a valid permit cost a man €250 at a recent sitting of Waterford District Court.
Liam Scannell, with an address at 28 Ashgrove, The Baskins, Cloghran, Dublin, was fined €250 for failing to pay a fixed charge penalty notice, which was issued after Gardaí observed his vehicle parked in a disabled parking bay without a valid permit at an area in Waterford on 11 May, 2025.
Handing down the fine, Judge Kevin Staunton noted the accused’s absence from court.
