There were extraordinary scenes in St Martin’s Park on Sunday last. Both teams went into the game deep in relegation trouble.
Johnville had a total of 11 points, Piltown had 13 and needless to say the entire 90 minutes produced a lot of tight football. The stoppage time period of five minutes however proved to be a completely different story as both sides went for broke and following a dramatic contest it was the visitors who grabbed a stunning victory with a goal right out of the top drawer.
