Met Éireann has issued a Status Yellow rain warning for Waterford, along with Cork and and Kerry, for Monday.
The forecaster said there will be spells of heavy rain, with possible spot flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
The weather warning is valid from 9.00 a.m. Monday, 17 February to 6.00 a.m. Tuesday, 18 February.
