The acid-test in Waterford County Council’s ‘missing millions’ row will come when the collection of development charges contributions is reviewed next summer, according to the man who coined the phrase.
Addressing Waterford County Council, Cllr Joe Conway said that some €2.8 million was outstanding on June 30th last with respect to a total of 335 accounts, a figure he brought to public attention in these pages.
