I was in and out of WRH several times over the last week as a visitor. As many other people will vouch, the individual staff members at the hospital are remarkable. They often have to go above and beyond the call and are currently being stretched to the limit of their abilities. From the security guards and administration staff (I was in and out during the visitor ban) to the countless orderlies and nurses I encountered the general theme was a hardworking bunch of genuinely, dedicated people.
With what I observed, I’m quite surprised that most people working in the hospital aren’t edgy and snappy given the pressure and what they are up against.
