An investigation has been launched into the alleged criminal damage by fire of a car in Waterford city.
A Garda spokesperson told The Munster Express that the incident occurred in the Birchwood area of the city in the early hours of this morning. (Friday 18 September)
The fire was extinguished by members of local fire services who attended the scene, and no injuries have been reported.
“Enquiries are ongoing,” the spokesperson concluded.
